Auto driver who took Saif Ali Khan to hospital reveals which child accompanied the actor

Days after Saif Ali Khan was attacked inside his house with a knife, a new detail has emerged wherein it has been learnt that the auto in which the Bollywood actor was taken to the hospital did not charge him anything.

On the night when Saif Ali Khan was attacked, his elder son Ibrahim was apparently was not at home. Khan was reportedly saving his two younger sons and a housemaid when the attack took place. He suffered brutal knife injuries and was taken to Lilavati Hospital where he is still under observation.

Saif Ali Khan’s attacker, an illegal Bangladeshi immigrant who has been identified as Shariful Islam Shehzad who was living with a fake identity has already been arrested and put behind bars. However it is interesting to know that the auto driver who took Saif to the hospital has come out and spoken to the media.

Bhajan Singh, the auto driver has said that he was called at the Bandra police station for questioning on Monday. Bhajan was the one who immediately took Saif Ali Khan to the hospital where he is still under treatment.

Bhajan said that he has not been contacted by anyone in the Kapoor family including Kareena Kapoor who was reportedly partying with her friends before the incident took place.

Bhajan said “His back was hurt. I felt very bad because he was bleeding. I had no idea that Saif Ali Khan was sitting in my rickshaw. I thought that some injured person must have been sitting there…When Saif and his son got down from the rickshaw after going to Lilavati Hospital, I realised that the star actor was sitting in the rickshaw,” he said.

“My rickshaw arrived at the emergency gate just as an ambulance was departing. Seeing the commotion, the hospital staff immediately rushed towards us. By then, they had realised it was Saif Ali Khan. Blood was flowing profusely from a wound in his back,” he added.

The auto driver told that Saif was accompanied only by his two children including Taimur.
